Nice litter I had today

mike_panic May 14, 2011 06:07 PM

It looks like there are two Albino Bloods in there. This was a nice colorful litter. I'll post individual shots after they shed out. Thanks for looking. Mike Panichi

They look great Mike congratulations, Looks like you should apply some Terramycin
to the right eye on this one Albino Blood in the back of the image here

Terramycin Ophthalmic Ointment

Thanks for the advice Lars. I will try to pick some up from my vet. Will the swelling go down? I have heard it is a bacterial infection. Thanks again. Mike Panichi

You should be able to get Terramycin over the counter.

This is a very time sensitive problem it needs to be treated
quickly soon after birth . . . sooner the better.

The swelling should go down ( the swelling is mostly fluid from the internal infection)and the eye will get better if treated soon enough

Awesome litter, they all look fantastic. It looks like you've got a really nice striped bloody salmon in the third pic from the top (far fight side). The bloody albinos look great too. Can't wait to see how they look after they shed.

It looks like you have a beautiful sticky gooey mess to look at there Mike! What were the parents? Some nice albinos and sunglows in there!!

Hey Mike, Great litter! The Albino Bloods are AMAZING! I've actually been meaning to say hello to you on here. You met my Pop while fishing on the Rosey. He gave me your card, but I didn't want to bother you if I wasn't in the market for anything... Hope you're having a great season! Eddie

Hey Eddie whats up man? Yeah, I fished with your dad a few times now. He's a good guy and a good fisherman as well. I told him to tell you to call me anytime because I meant it. I love talking boas(or fishing, LOL) so please feel free to call anytime you feel like talking shop. Thanks for the kind words and take care. Mike Panichi
