Yes, its large enough for the moment-even though a significantly taller enclosure would be better- which gives you time to think about a setup for an adult.
But not too much time-your animal will outgrow this setup within very few months.
If you do a search in the archives, you will find out that -and why- I redcommend 65g or better 100g as a minimum size for adults. Height should be at least 4 ft.
Consider you are an agile animal of 100-300 g and >1 ft total length and you want to climb, jump and run and you will be able to imagine that even 100 g do not allow much activity.
I would like to add a few commwents on your present setup:
Gives me the impression that the overall humidity may be a little high for tokays. They do better in a more semi dry setup.
The rocks would be recommendable in a cage for Gekko petricolus or Gekko siamensis, but tokays don´t love to sit on rocks, except for very large and smooth ones..
For tokays large vertiacally oriented pices of bark are a better choice.
Also all three walls of the cage should be covered by non transparent dark paper or fake backwalls. That makes the gecko feel much more secure than in the present situation and you also will see it more often.
In your cage the naked walls are the only surfaces the tokay will love to climb on.
You waste a lot of space if you do not add a number of branches of at least twice the body diamter of the tokay-preferably much thicker.
The tokay wil use these for climbing.
Hope that helps
