Using silicon on Acrylic?

UrbanAssault Sep 29, 2003 03:18 PM

I have an acrylic terrarium that I am wanting to use aquarium sealant on. I was reading and found that the bottle I was going to purchase does not work on acrylic. What would you guys suggest that I use on the acrylic?

use acrylic bonding cement. Get it from a plastic/plexiglass dealer. Its really strange how it works, since it has the consistency of water. Also, if you want your finished project to look nice, practice a lot first.

Heres an overflow box I made using it.
