I don't have any pics yet, as I just got my little guy last week, but his set up seems to be working well, as hes about doubled in size since I got him!
anyway, Im using a 30 gallon aqu., rabbit pellets as substrat, a plant that has a suction cup that hangs from the top of the enclosure, and allows him to climb up it, or hide under it (on the cool end of the tank), and as a basking spot he has some river rocks on the bottom of the cage, and, as I breed birds I had an extra polly's pastels perch hanging around, that Im using as a basking area. He can climb up to the top of it, and bask there, or regulate his temp by only sitting half way up, etc. Since they're made of sand, they're really grippy and he doesn't have to hang on too tightly. I got the large parrot size, and its about as wide as my arm. They also hold the heat nicely, unlike a wooden branch.
Hes also got some little succulent plants in there for color, and a little stone cave, that he's already too big to fit under, but he does enjoy climbing on it!
hope this gives you some ideas!
