Poop in the waterfowl

Seeves1982 May 24, 2011 05:36 AM

Hi everyone. Got a new question. I went on vacation this weekend. I cleaned my tubs on Tuesday befor I left. When I got back last night there was poop in the waterfowl of one of my snakes. I know that's very bad and should be cleaned as soon as it's seen. Which I did I swapped it out for a fresh bowl last night and there was no other piop in the tub. My concern is since I wasn't home I don't know how long it was there. Do I have anything to worry about???

Of course there's "poop in the waterfowl"! Haven't you seen the edge of a lake or pond where there's Canada Geese?????

That species of "waterFOUL" often make a distress call that sounds very much like this:
"CAA - CAA"!

LOL!

Harlin,
Where have you been? Haven't seen you posting in a while? How's activity in your part of the world?

Pitoon,

Great to hear from you!
I am well, Thanks. I have been out of touch on the forums for a bit. It's that busy time of year...snakes breeding and eggs hatching. I never even bothered to turn off the incubator since last season! I have a feeling that this year is also going to be a stretched out season. Keeps things interesting.
I am also playing "Mr. Mom" with my 2 year old and my 6 month old...(both boys.) That would keep ANYONE busy!
How about you? Things warming up in Italy? How are you doing?
Take care bud.

Don't feed the ducks so much and there will be less poop in them.

Probably not,but stay on top of that because it can cause problems if left too long.

it's over...I figure if they drink it they are stupid...

....they can go without water for a week....
