thanks for looking
Very cool. What's the backround on such an unusual animal???
Congrats!
I'd really love to see how that thing looks like as an adult.
So, you were expecting this result?
Is this related to jaguars?

Coming soon,

Hi Tibor,Have a nice boa litter you've got there.....
-----
best regards Udo von Colormorphs.de

It is an Albino as it has pink eyes. What else is going on is bazaar at least. Are those littermates or not?

Jake
what did you do?! they kinda look like jungle motleys?
I'll respond after beating all of my babies this season for not looking like THAT!!!! holy crap!!!! awesome boa!! What are the genetics goin on there?

It sure could be a Pied. The fact that it has pink eyes tells me it's also an Albino. Now it could be an Albino and a Pied. But somehow I suspect it a wild crazy unexpected Albino plus something else that we just have not heard the rest of the story of yet. I must admit, my curiosity has really been peaked. Maybe a Snow Paradox or something. It definitely is one wild and crazy looking critter. Congrats.

Great litter. I think it is a paradox albino with whatever other genes it has.
First off Congrats..
I'm 95% sure I know what the parents where
but a little background would be nice..?
But my vote is its simply a Paradox Super Albino Motley
(with possibly a extra gene)..
Chaz
Albino Paradox Leopard Motley.
The baby is a partho paradox albino super motley expressed as a pied.
If this is not it, or even if it is, please share!

happy to be working.. sorry to now get back to this post..the 91 freeway ate me alive..lol
this is good for the boa hobby..try not to be so skeptical.. look at all the stuff being produced.
I told my wife in sept..I might have a chance.
If you found this on the jungle floor in South America...you would do what...raise it up care fully and breed it to normals to make your hets...its a long road but it will be worth it.
I'll for sure post pics along the way.

thanks
Tibor do me a favor what were the parents of this litter ?
I see Motley Boas but I also see full body striped I believe Motley Boas.
I don't understand how this Boa is Albino ?
I'm certain it's Piebald but the Albino part is what throws me.
Once again Super Big Congrats Tibor,I knew it was just a matter of
time before we saw a Piebald Boa produced.
Thx Tibor

It Looks like it's eyes are a little buggy you should address that with some terramycin just to be
on the safe side so it doesn't loose either of it's eyes.

I agree and was on that pronto! I have a great helper and already have done 3 treatments in less than 24 hrs...note the product can only be bought @ live stock ..feed stores , is a common issue..even with dogs...and notice a improvment already.
lars your an great asset to the hobby ..truely are.
That's one crazy looking boa , congrats on producing it , do you know what sex it is ? What are the parents and genetics behind it ?
Kev
thats awesome Tibor!!!! i rootin for ya! that thing is amazing! ...i am a little bummed you wont at least give us a hint as to how you did this... :L
Whaaaaat!?!? That is awesome! I am so excited for all of the new directions the boa market has been heading in these past few years. I can't wait to see some of the combos that will come out of brand new projects like this!

I suspect this animal was born in a litter that contained Albinos, Motley Albinos and perhaps an Albino Super Motley or two. However, it appears that question is going to go unanswered which is fine.
That animal is Albino. That much is sure. It surely looks like anyone might guess what an Albino Pied would look like. Given the fact that we haven't seen one yet, we don't know what one would look like. If it were mine, I would be raising it with every hope and intent of trying to prove it out, which I'm sure you are going to do. So regardless of what it was or how it was produced. It is a cool looking critter and good luck raising it up.
I would be a little bit concerned about the wrinkled skin. If Albinos are kept too wet too long, they die. The wrinkled skin is something I have seen on some of my own Albinos the first year I produced them when I myself kept them too moist thinking that would be best for them. It was not.

One would assume that it means both parents were carriers of a recessive if it's truly piebald(also meaning more will crop up in related lines once inbred). So, I'd be reluctant to part with any littermates. I'd be very interested to see pics of parents...are there anything indicating something unusual going on? Pied markers, like in BP's?
Great reply!!! I would bet money your thoughts have to be almost dead on. There must be some slight indicator that there was both parents showing some kind of pied markers or something in that nature. I sure hope its male for Tibor and he grows healthy and strong.
Jake
Very cool animal and I have to agree with Jeff on this one. It does look like a paradox albino... maybe paradox albino motley or paradox albino super motley. Way to keep everybody in suspense on what the parents were and everything! lol. Good luck raising that boa up!
Great looking boa. I hope it thrives for you.
Interesting that it is the only albino in the litter????
Also, does it look like an albino version of some of Jeremy Stone's boas that have been shown on his videos from early this year/last year?????

My thoughts exactly, the first thing that popped in my head when I saw this was Jeremy's "pied" boa in the albino form...Awesome animal no doubt..

Thanks for posting such an awesome boa. I truly am interested in what pairing produced this beautiful litter. You have so many awesome animals, I can't wait to hear the pair you used. And dont forget pics.

I don't think I would reveal any info on the breeding. Then people will be tracking down sibs to the parent animals and try to make thier own. Keep it quiet and prove it out.
Hey Tibor
That has got to be an incredible achievement producing a fantastic looking Boa.
Knowing it's the only one in the world so far.
(Unless you have others)
Congrats....
Colin.

awesome snake!
Is this similar to the speculation of certain animals that when bred make "pied" stone animals, or them bieng catalysts/hidden gene mixer uppers that possibly produce white snakes/pied snakes? Just like ball pythons aka specials, specters, etc?
It would be awesome if boa community just stumbled upon a gene that when bred to certain animals, makes it funky like in ball pythons, either way, Killer animal!
Congratulations on that awesome baby!! Things like this are so great for the hobby...
It almost looks like it has a leopard-ish type of pattern, and some of the striping in the rest of the pile also reminds me of some leopard litters we've had. But then, I do see what looks like motleys. It's like guessing how many jelly beans are in a jar! lol

Wow, now that is a true gem! Congrats, if that trully is a pied, you have yourself an almost priceless animal!
Congrats again,
Chaz Neely
Is this a result of some sort of breeding between a Hypo Motley female possibly het Albino or not, to a Hypo "Non" Motley or something close to this type of a cross? Just asking because I see allot of Hypo Motleys and what looks like Super Hypo Motleys, in that litter, with no normals of any sort except normal Hypos and some possible super hypos?
I'm probably way off but I take it Sunglows & Hypos are one of your main dirrections of interest, since you do produce some really really nice Sunglow & Hypo Motleys, just a guess, seeing how there's no normals in that litter and only one Pied animal, which Motleys litters are known for producing flukes or odd balls (in no way am I saying your animal is a fluke or odd ball because it's really sweet looking and also looks very healthy too, no buldging eyes, they look like the eyes of a super) just seems like thats what the Motley gene is known for producing...
Whatever the explanation may be for this, congrats to you being the first to produce such an awesome and unique animal, looks like all your hard work and patience has paid off!
I'd totally understand something like this projects results being kept a secret too, at least untill you know whether or not if its able to be, produced again or even if this animal will be able to produce viable healthy litters! At any rate, I'm sure it'll be awhile till we all know the answers, to your fascinating little boa!
Another good thing about this little miricle boa is, not only has something like this happenned to you but its happenned to other breeders too, so any boa breeder that's been at it awhile, is bound to have something bizarre (in a good way) happen for them as well. Now all we have to do is keep the stupid anti reptile people off our cases and out of our businesses!!! They need to keep they're noses else where and leave us all be, so we can continue to discover new boa morphs like yours and even more to come!
