Leopard Sunglow Litter

Amanda_Burke May 29, 2011 12:24 PM

We had a pretty Leopard Sunglow litter born this morning! Our first ever Leopard Sunglows were born in the beginning of the week, and we were surprised to find that they look similar to the Blood Sunglows in the overall wash of color that they have. I can't wait for them all to shed, so that we can get a real feel for what they look like (our Blood Sunglow hasn't shed yet either). It's very difficult to photograph them in a dark cage without the flash washing out the color on the Leopard Sunglow (especially since our digital camera is 10 years old), but here are a few shots....

Here is a pre-shed picture of one from earlier in the week. Again, very hard to capture the colors, but once they shed we'll post better pictures. I may even recruit my brother to take pictures with his camera that's from this decade!

Those are on fire. I really love how they turned out. So cute and tiny but with so much colors and pattern. My wife and I are daydreaming over your new stuff over there. 8) Congrats again
