Do you think this would provide a nice base to photograph snakes against? I was thinking about picking one up for that purpose.

Just get you a flat rock near your house and spray it down. I've been using the same rock since the mid 1990's.

Great pics Kerby, and I love both of those snakes! However I live in Florida can I use a sea shell? I wish we had some large rocks around here, lol.
