it could be an abcess, your dragon may have Stomititis otherwise known as mouthrot, the area may need treatment and also because stomatitis is a secondary infection, she will have to be put on a course of antibiotics if it is in fact what the problem is. your best bet is to take her to a vet now and have it checked out, its never too soon, we can take a guess here as to what it may be, but only your vet will be able to diagnose and treat it properly. hope this helps, let us know what you find.

What will happen if my dragon has mouthrot can it die is it deadly?

thanks shawna

Yes, it could be lethal. It could cause a dramatic lack of appetite, pain and the infection can spread to other areas. I would make a vet appointment asap. If you have a digital camera post a picture for better advice.

Pimples are when pores get clogged with dirt and oil and become infected, so I don't think it's that but I'm not sure. I have seen burns that look like pimples too. I doubt that's the cause, but just check to be sure. It could be an infection, or maybe a parasite. One other thing that comes to mind is it rubbing on the cage. I saw a basilisk that had something that looked just like a pimple om it's lip. I'm guessing that is most likely though. I'm not an expert on these matters, but I have seen things that can cause that. Hope it goes away
