Sharp Bloody Sunglow

ZachClapperton Jun 05, 2011 09:37 AM

I was fortunate enough to produce these three gems on 5/6/2011. There were 17 babies in the litter including 1.1 Sharp Bloody Albinos and 0.1 Sharp Bloody Sunglow, which to my knowledge, is the first in the world. They were produced from a triple het bloody sunglow to a double het bloody albino.

HUGE CONGRATS ZACH! I believe you are the first in the world to produce the Bloody Sunglow. We tried and we tried; we huffed and we puffed, but just could not get that little amazing specimen on the ground after producing the sharp albino Blood boa a couple years back. Not only did you get 2 albino blood boas, but you got the FIRST sunglow Blood boa; that is a big deal! Congratulations! You deserve it! If I/you stand to be corrected, I hope someone will post pics of one older than yours, but from what I know/have heard, you are #1, the big cheese, top dog, etc..

Thank you for all of the great comments. Unfortunately I'm out of town for a couple of days so I don't have the ability to put up all of my pictures. However, I did attach one of the male Sharp Bloody Albino. As soon as I am back at home I will post some more close-ups for you Jeff!

tat2darin They were produced from a female double het sharp bloody albino to a male triple het sharp bloody sunglow. I bought the pair from Rich Ihle and John Bergman at Salmonboa.com who have been very helpful and kind to me over the past several years. I purchased the male as a 66% het Blood/Sharp Albino and was very fortunate that he proved out.

Congrats on the outstanding litter !

Now how about posting some pictures that are big enough to see
1024 X 768 pixel size

All you to do is compress the picture file size so if it's 3 MB
compress that file size down to 500 kb.

Don't shrink the picture Image pixel size keep that at 1024 X 768 pixel size
