Gestation period from ovulation to birth is right about 120-125 days (roughly 4 months) for common BCI. A little shorter for C. A. Boas, I think .

4 months plus or minus. Everyone's climate conditions and individual animals will vary accordingly. I count 100 days from post ovulatory shed, or 120 days from ovulation if I catch it. My last litter was 118 days from ovulation. Once you get to know your females and how your temperatures work in your area, you'll be able to establish some consistency. If you allow yourself a week on either side you shouldn't be let down. I hope this helps. Best of luck with your breeding season.
