Proper Lighting

Ok well my PowerSun UV light comes in tomorrow and it will be at one end of the tank. Will that be the only light that i need? Im thiking about putting a regular long bulg across the top for just light not heat or anything else, just so the tank is lit up. what kind of bulb and wattage do i need for that?

I use just regular 15W aquarium bulbs for my large setups.
