Is there a place where the up to date laws/regulations regarding ownership of reptiles and amphibians in NC can be found? The best I can find is a list of endangered/threatened wildlife on the USFWS site.

This is what USARK has proposed and it was signed by the governor in 09. But city or county law and ordinance can be more restrictive in some places while others just follow the state law and these are generally the more rural areas.
