Im pretty sure Dakota is a male.......the bumps are on the inside area of his thighs (as related to human anatomy)...is this normal?
If I perplex too many people I will take a picture, they appear to be in a line.......

Yes, this is normal.. it is there pre-anal and femoral pores. Both males and femals will have this but becomes more prominent sometimes in older males then females.. not always though.

... males & females both have them, but they're larger in adult males. Sometimes they can form "plugs" that need no attention unless there is an abcess.
