So, how old do you think Sidney is....

Since we couldn't seem to get a straight answer from the place we bought him from, I figured I would ask here. When I first bought him, in late October, he was about 13"-14" in length. Now, he is about 16" in length. So far, I have assumed that he is just about a year old now, but I am not sure. Would 13-14" be normal for him at 6 monthes old? Does 16" sound right for a 1 year old. Do you think he is older or younger than I think and why?

Well, i'd say 13-14 inches is 5-6 months old based on my own dragons. One is 13 inches and approx 5 months old, the other was around 14 inches at 6 months old. Then again there are some dragons who reach 16 inches at 6 months old. So, basing on how long you had him, i'll say your approximation is correct. This is hard though because my friend's dragon is 3 years old and is still growing a little bit at a time. She was 16 inches at around 1 year, and now she's about 17 1/2 inches.
