Recently Shed Great Basin

As you know, they all look their absolute best right after they shed. Fortunate to have a day at home that coincided with shedding in this individual. This 08 male Great Basin is just over four feet long now. Thanks fer stoppin by...

Quintessential, "text book" GB ...very nice. Great pics too. They show the snake and color perfectly.

Thanks! His background (point of origin)is an interesting one but he is obviously (to me) of SE CA linage from the number of locality individuals (from photos) that I have compared him against. Those GBs from SE CA personally appeal to me the most considering the variation encountered across their huge geo-range.
