she is a Boa c imperator/sabogae ? from World of snakes in costa rica..(imported as sabogae to europe)
My guess is this girl is Panama type striped hypo something..
saw the same think at Matt Lehers place some years ago..

Dam lived in Panama for over 3 years and never saw a boa that looked like that. One gorgeous boa and like very much. Andrew
