I'm looking for some examples of cities or counties that have home based business code/laws that allow for pet sales out of the home.
I have applied for a business license through my city, but was denied based on current code. City council/manager wants help to find another city or county with code that would allow for a home based business that includes the sale of pets.
If you live in an area where your city allows this (and even better if the code spells it out), please respond to the post and let me know your city/county of residence.
