Thanks!

I am planning on a big shipment with lots of dione next year to the states. So I think in 4-5 year you will also have all those very nice dione morphs.

Best luck!

Gidi

All of those are quite exceptional Gidi.......congrats!

Now is the amel a composite of the other red(hyper-erythristic)trait and melanistic traits combined?, or did it simply pop out of this clutch unexpededly out of the clear blue?. If that's the case, you are one LUCKY hombre, and someone needs to take you to the nearest casino!..

Hi,

The albino, the nigrita and the super red all all three totally different projects .

a few years ago a albino dione was caught and was copulated with a regular albino. From that clutch all heterozygote hatch and I got all the babies. From this babies I get this year a clutch and yeah, my first albino is born!

Super red and nigrita are other projects with a much longer story ...

Best regards,
Gidi

Ahh!, now that makes much more sense that there was an original amel involved earlier and there were a small number of hets produced from it. instead of an amel popping up out of nowhere all of the sudden in a clutch involving the other morphs. What a killer assortment of morphs you got in that clutch, you couldn't have asked for anything better than that,....especially since the amel is a male!...

Gidi, congratulations! I'm happy for you and happy there will be some dione morphs in the U. S. soon.

I have wanted to add the amel. gene to my South Korean diones for many years. It will make a great snake even more fun to work with.

Thanks for sharing with us,

Terry
