Question about light timers....

I will be going on vacation and I have someone coming over every other day to feed my beardie and leopard geckos, but I need to purchase appliance timers for the strip light and heat lamps. I have a large enclosure for my beardie that has 4 heat lamps, any suggestions on how to use a timer with that many cords, because I think the timers only have 1 plug.

What you can do is use like a 6 outlet surge protector(which is good to be using anyways) and plug that into the timer. Everything on the surge protector will be turning on and off with that one timer. Chris
