wish I had a camera like Joe

I found 2 tiny red wrigglers, and since I have seperated the babies to try to get a stool for each of them, i put a red wriggler in with each of them
Lady bell ate one that was as long as her body and part of her tail when streached out all the way
She was panting afterwards, and sometimes she breaths with her mouth slightly open anyway
Marcia, should I worry at this?

It isn't normal for them to breathe with their mouth open. I have seen this on occasion when they eat something large but it shouldn't occur at other times. This can be a symptom of upper respiratory infection. I'm not sure what you would need to do to help her but if she does have this problem she would have to be treated for it.

Hope you find stool soon and maybe you could take Lady Belle in with you when you take it in.

actually all 3 of the animals are going in tomorrow night
her mouth is bairly open at all but you can see a crack, almost like Joes pic of them 'growling'
and yes I worried about the pnemonia thing (one BIG reason I brought it up)
I M going to check on her FIRST THING when I get home (and will be heartbroken if I fed her to death)
I like them all a lot, and I sometimes wonder if I should have gotten all 7

BTW how do you feed them the silkworms, they have so MUCH thread with them (but they do GROW fast 1/4 inch = 50% increase in 4 days)

I just pick them off of the feeding tray I raise them in and put them in the tank. Sometimes they do drag a bit of the silk and frass with them but the dragons don't seem to mind a little thread and it has never caused a problem.

I sure hope your little ones like them. Mine have always responded well to them.
