feeding wild caught snakes to a pet king

Have a 4 ft captive born king snake, and would like to feed it another snake. Caught a wild Black Racer in my NE Florida back yard. Am I risking exposing my King to whatever intestinal parasites the wild Black Racer may have? Would it be safer to buy a feed snake from a pet store?
