Question

So the sole surviving female normal of clutch one has been out for at least a week, has yet to shed...and ate her first mouse hopper today.
Anyone else have this happen?

She left quite a bit of yolk behind when she came out, so I am thinking maybe that is why she ate so early.
I'm not complaining. I'm keeping her, so if she is a good eater, so be it. I was just curious if this had happened to anyone else.

I have a female from a dinker clutch that hatched out on 4/23/11 and ate 13 times before she finally shed on 6/27/11. This is the second hatchling I've had do this, they were both small and left behind alot of yolk. They have turned out fine, just smaller.
