I need to know which would be the 'smartest' pairing out of the following.

Snow x Anery 66% Snow
Snow x Hypo 66% het moonglow
Snow x Hypo Jungle

What would be the best pairing as far as maximizing my odds of producing something nice, snows or moonglows?

Snow x Anery 66% Snow-Will give you a good number of Snows in the litter if the Anery proves Het Albino. If it doesn't prove out you'll get a litter of Anerys 100% het Snow

Snow x Hypo 66% het moonglow- Will give you both Snows and Moonglows if the Hypo proves both het Anery and Albino. Is it a Hypo thats 66% het Anery and Albino or is it a Hypo het Albino 66% het Anery? Thats going to make a lot of difference on the possible outcomes.

Snow x Hypo Jungle- Will give you Hypos,Hypo Jungles,normals and Jungles all 100% het Albino and Anery AKA 100% het Snow. Which wouldn't be bad if you wanted to make Jungle Snow and Jungle Moonglows down the line. Atleast with this breeding you know what your supposed to get. The others are gambles but you'll still get some decent stuff if the 66%ers doesn't prove out.

If you want a sure thing,go with the Snow X Hypo Jungle. If you want to gamble,go with the Snow X Hypo 66% het Moonglow.

Great if it is het for one or both. Not as great if not, but still not a bad thing.

66% just means there is about a 2 in 3 chance it is an actual het. In reality, they are either 100% het or they are 0% het. On or off. 100% or zip.

Possible hets is a better term. Any snake that might be het is a possible het.
