Councillor Wants City To Explore Exotic Pet Controls

If you have a pet like a snake, iguana or a spider - you may have to keep it inside pretty soon.
City Councillor Kevin O'Toole brought up the issue of exotic animals in public at Protective Services Committee.
He says he's not against people owning exotic pets, he just wants to see the best options for handling them in a public setting.
O'Toole says his concern is all about safety.
City Administration will bring back a report to Committee looking at different options for managing exotic pets in public.
