so i was kinda taken by surprise when i found eggs in a female corns cage. i recently seperated her from another (thought to be) female cos she missed a few meals. now i've been told different things so i'm asking you. will females lay unfertilized eggs? and how common is it? out of the 6 only 2 maybe 3 look good but i'm incubating them anyway. can't hurt right?

Yes females can and will lay unfertilized eggs, even if they haven't been with a male. Now keep in mind some snakes can store sperm so if the snake was with a male even though it may have been quite some time, it may still lay a few good eggs.

so go ahead and incubate and see what happens. If they are bad or go bad you'll know soon enough.
worth a try
