for that price the only thing you can even think about getting is a pastel. or maybe have a very slim shot at a spider

Okay, well they look cool enough i guess. Are there no way i can get like different morphs than that with my price range? Maybe babies are cheap?! But Do you know any websites or place i can get those ball pythons spider or pastel? I know there is a reptile show coming up but would it be a good place to buy?

try the classifieds section here .and yes for that price range your selection will be rather limited to pastels, maybe spiders and male yellow bellies. maybe some het albinos and such but thats cutting it close.

Oh okay. If i can find one of those you listed, that would be cool but Do you think reptile show is one of good place to look for too?

With your price range you must also factor in shipping costs. Average shipping cost is around $50.

If you find something at the show you can avoid the added shipping expense.

Yes I know, and I personally prefer not to have animal shipped just cause i wanna see what i am getting etc. But if that is only case i can get something i would consider it.

IF you push into the $150-160 range you can get a cinnamon. I saw a male for $100 on the classifieds (which angers me...but that is a different story)

I would go to the show. Do your research before you go and look to see what the adults look like in the morph you are trying to get. With the amount of funds you have your choices are very limited but with some bartering you might get a generous breeder to hook you up with a spider. These will retain some of the "coolness" you see when they are babies.

Like the other posters stated you will be limited to what your options will be, but watever you decide I recommend you read EVERYTHING YOU CAN!!! The more you know about the animal you get the better you'll be able to take care of it. Good Luck! Chris Hall
