I bought a baby iguana from a pet store who was going to have her put down because she is too mean and no one wanted to buy her. She looks like she is about 3 months maybe. She's dark green and a bit small but she is very err spunky?? She clawed my hand up pretty bad when I took her out of the box that the pet store put her in. I need some advise on ways I can train her to calm down and trust me and other people. My other Ig is named igor and he is very lovable, and I had no real trouble taming him. But Akasha (new ig) is just jumpy. any advise?

Baby Igs are generally that way. With enough time
you should see improvement but each Ig is different. It may
never be as calm and tame as your current Ig

Letting the iguana taste you helps our iguana calm down a lot .. let him know you arent some one scary .. so he knows you arent going to eat him
