Wow, two sets of twins in one clutch is crazy! I've never heard of that with a ball python. Congrats Reid!

I look foward to getting twins one day. Two sets of twins in one clutch is pretty awesome. Big congrats .

2 years ago from a chocolate male to a normal female we actually produced THREE sets of twins in one clutch of 8 eggs. Oddly enough though, the same clutch also produced one baby totally inside out. When we finally cut the egg, the lung, heart, and other organs were all on the outside of the body...

i think this just goes to show it might be genetic like it is in humans, definitely something to play around with I'd think

Lesser and Bumblebee!

The two fathers were a killer bee and butter. I will post some more pics as the rest of the babies start to stick their heads out. Who knows, maybe there are more sets of twins.

Thanks guys!

Is that a butter and a normal in the same egg?......I have seen quite a few sets of twins, but never 2 different morphs in the same egg.......

Congrats on the twins either way.....

Yup. That is a butter and a normal in the same egg. They all came out today and I took some pics. The twin babies are literally half the size of the others in clutch. That butter turned out to be the smallest at only 30 grams.
