proud mama to:
1.0.0 ball python (mr snake),0.0.1 albino florida kingsnake (CK),1.1.0 leopard gecko (sebastian and vilma),0.1.0 colombian rainbow boa (luce),1.1.1 bearded dragon (kaipo, dulce, and kellen), 1.1.0 colombian redtailed boas (adam and eve)
If the beardie is a baby you shouldn't get sand. It can cause impaction. From what people have posted and what I've read(lots) says that you shouldn't keep them in sand until they are full grown. Actually very few people keep them in sand that I've read about even as adults. But I guess it's more of a personal preference. Natural looking but risky, or unnatural and safe? I doubt the dragons care so it's up to you. I know I'll probably swith from paper towel to plastic liner later on this year.
