Can anyone tell me how good or bad it is for my lil one? Thanks!

I have a knowledgebase of info on food for beardies on my website. The link is below. Then click on "Nutrition Content."
Peppermint has a calcium to phosphorus ratio of 3.3:1. That's really good. It has high vitamin C, vitamin A, and lots of fiber. I don't feed it everday because of the high vitamin A content. But I do add it to their salads once or twice a week. They love it!
Hope this has helped.

Beautiful Dragons
i was actually just checking your lists to answer this question
i saw that you put rosemary as 'qusetionable'....whats wrong it? i just added a bit of it to my kiddie's diet
it has a lot of phosphorous, but not a bad ca
ratio it seems...

I read somewhere (I wish I could remember where ...) that rosemary was a questionable plant to feed to pets. It was not a very good list and didn't have a lot of explanations on it. I just thought for safety's sake I'd list it as questionable. But if your beardies like it I'll add it to the regular list. Let me know what you think.

i bought a few new things at the grocery store yesterday...if im remembering correctly, it was rosemary, raspberries, basil, and green beans on top of their normal diet of kale, collard greens, and some culantro. so far they dont seem very impressed. kaipo, who usually eats like a champ, doesnt seem to be eating it at all, but that may be because i just bought a food processor and he's not used to it being so finely chopped. that, or he's letting me know he's jealous he doesnt get crix as much as the others (being so much older and bigger!)
