do some people actually do stuff like that to "color" up their dragons?
I have heard of the carrot and yellow squash thing. But not of food-coloring yet...hehe.
I think its pretty low, though, when sellers misrepresent their Dragons by making pictures of them when "wet", "fired up" or such. I guess its not so much misrepresenting, as sort of "deceiving".
I sellers that show their dragons in their every day colors, or in both, "fired up" and "normal" color have my utmost respect!!

to my knowledge, nobody actually uses food coloring 
i think most of the breeders that frequent this forum are very honest about their dragon's appearance. the problem with dragons is each individual varies so much....ie, without even really beign all fired up, kaipo can be yellow, orange, or brown. sometimes he even almost looks like a snow. silly beardies, trying to confuse us!

foster is just awesome and kami is just sooo yellow, very nice.. getting big too! kami that is.. foster is already a giant..hehe.. meat head 
carrick came out of hiding today! got home and the cutie was up basking! will see what she does, been sleeping for a good 5 days now, that would be one record short brumation
