This little guy is different from all the others. His red is more intense and darker. It looks kinda orange in these pics, but it's a dark red. However he seems to have a swollen mouth, almost like mouth rot on his upper gums..... How does a fresh hatchling get this?

It does look like I'm choking the poor little guy! But man I hate starting out with problems. This little guy will probably not want to eat well, and now I have to put it through the stress of getting his mouth swabbed with Listerine. I hope he pulls thru.

Ah yes, I did notice the thing was pretty small and seemed to have something going on with his mouth there. I also hope it does okay bud.

Oh yeah thats one of the uglyest snakes i ever saw! dont get mad at me tho it has red on it and i love red BULL and KINGS SNAKES but that one has the bug eyes that make me think of other things not snakes! and it also has a nasty looking mouth. it just looks relly weard to me but i dont relly hate it i just have other favrites and thats not one of them. have you talked to JASSITER yet to day! Hes the best and has prety great pitures and such! oh and Z to and he lives in new york and makes killer sh1t. keep up the great work and dont stop trying to do stuff FISH. come to think of it that SNAKES eye looks like a FISH eye not a SNAKE eye. did you cut that one out of a SNAKE egg to it looks like it!
I bet it would make good bait for redfish!

Oh no I know you would never do that! HAHA! L.O.L.! I know you would never do that becase I know you love your KINGS SNAKES no matter how ugly they are! I know you love your KINGS SNAKES to much for that and I read your other letters on in here in the FORUM CLUB. And I know your friends with JASSITER and Z from new york and they relly love there SNAKES to! YOur snakes are all prety great and beatyiful to and beauty is on the out side to not just on the in side of them to! Don't give up the great work and such and keep trying to do stuff FISH! Show some more pitures soon A.S.A.P.! To. You should take that one weard SNAKE to the vetrinary soon or he will die for sure. Take good luck FISH! By! I. L.O.V.E. R.E.D. S.N.A.K.E.S. I hope he makes it too, actually she. I want to see how the dark red ends up compared to the siblings. These girls are possible het for Zenny's HyperX gene, so I will breed them back to their Dad eventually.

My name isnt jorgy either and I think she has a broken jaw BONe to. FIsH will do the best thing for her I know so don't worry to much..

Mike, It does look swollen. It looks just like moth rot I've seen before. I'm just baffled as how a snake that's never even eaten before, can get it? It does strike at everything that moves?
