Arabesque pics please

DanW Jul 16, 2011 05:07 PM

I was wondering if anybody could post pics of adult arabesques. I am appreciating this morph more and would like to see how nice they can be as adults. Also has everyone experienced a lot of problems with arabesques and if so is it prevalent early or do problems pop up later?

Thanks,
Dan

Here's a few shots of my late male. I lost him to an infection caused by a bad food source several years ago. Prior to the bad food he'd been a healthy part of my collection and had grown just like the rest of my animals. I wouldn't hesitate to pick up another one.

Here's a quick shot of what Steve Hammond coined "Sunburst" Arabesque:

Here's an old pic. He was 3 at the time and is currently 6.
This was my favorite morph until I saw the Motleybesque!
This guy is an 05.

Here's an 07 male that I no longer have.

Just for fun, here's my '10 male Motleybesque.

Here is a pic of a 2010 sunglow arabesque I produced. She is still that orange. If you email me I will send you some other pics of my adult. I never had a problem with her or the litter of 23 babies she produced last year. I think they are an underrated morph.

Very Nice color and amazing amount of pink. One of the nicest Arabasque I've seen. Best of luck. Andrew

This is not an Adult Arab but I can't wait to see him as an Adult.

This is an Arabesque 2011 male produced by Dan Brown it's one parent was also possible Jungle.

Still not certain if the Jungle proved but I don't think so,
it'll be a great treat if the Jungle does prove out though !

I have an adult female het for albino that I got as a neonate
from Pythons.net. I've never had any problems with her. She
has never refused a meal or had any other issues since she's been
mine. At first I thought they were ugly as heck, but after seeing
them for some years I started liking them. They can be very
beautiful boas.

She just had a litter this year and I haven't had any problems
with any of the neonates. They've all eaten and were all born
nice and calm. Actually they were extremely calm, none of them
have even hissed at me so far. I read somone post about regurges
a few years back but I have not had anything like that happen.

Here she is gravid:

This is my keeper from the this year's litter.

I think it’s a very under appreciated morph, I’ve never had problems, I herd they sometimes have regurge problems if fed too large of meals but I haven’t seen this once with ours.

Here's our late 05 female Arabesque 100% het albino while gravid

and here is one of her 2011 babies

Thanks
Zack
