I got these two Lee Abbott cutie pies today.
The one on the left is a Dilute Blue Motley female (which is really a Dilute Anery Motley, unsure who coined the term Blue in place of Anery when it's combined with Dilute).
I've not worked with Dilute before so am super excited to watch her grow up and see how her coloring developes.
The one on the right is a Pastel Motley male (which is really a Hypo Anery Motley, aka Ghost Motley).
I looked up the term Pastel and from what I read it's often used for selectively bred Ghosts who should grow up to show higher than normal amounts of Yellow or better yet Pink. I'm not totally sure if that's how Lee uses the term. I have an email in to him, waiting to hear back.
I'm actually amazed I got them to sit still for the picture. They are super fast little buggers, ton of energy! You can see the female is getting ready to bolt, and sure enough w/in seconds of this photo being taken she went flying across the bin. I just put them together for a comparison picture, they are being housed separate.
