Hytec het SharpXParadigm-Litter #2(PIC)

AndrewPotts Jul 21, 2011 07:39 AM

We produced our second litter from a 2009 Orange-tail Hytec het Sharp male bred to a 2007 Paradigm female. Happy with the results. Some photo's to share and thanks in advance to all for taking the time to look. Take care, Andrew

That is just crazy! What a great result and great looking babies. I especially am in love with the Paradigm Aztec and the Aztec Sharp Albino in the middle of this pic!

Fantastic puppies!

Looking awesome! I like the look of the Paraglow Hytec in this litter more so than the last more of a traditional pattern! Great stuff!

Nice! That paradigm aztec is sweet, and the albinos look great to. Were there any bad eyes in this litter?

AndrewPotts Jul 22, 2011 04:46 PM

Unfortunately there were a couple of Albino Aztecs with eye defects. Andrew

Bob and I or me and Bob genuinely appreciate all the kind words and and wonderful comments.

I would like to take this time to offer words of love and praise to my brother Bob for all the tremendously hard work, effort and time he devotes to not only keeping his reptile collection productive and healthy but running a retail reptile store open seven days a week. Every single day (Thanksgiving,Christmas, birthdays, sick or ill) of the year he has to at least go in for a few hours to do the minimum. Twenty one years of maintaining a seven day a week store and the almost daily upkeep involved with his collection of reptiles with very little help. I can say with a certainty it's very hard work and mentally taxing but Bob takes it all in stride.

As for the Aztec and the progress that's been made over the last 8 years, it's 100% due to Bob's(in all fairness a little of mine too) skill at reading the signs and acting accordingly. Most of our breeding plan's this year were successful, so we're thrilled. When you take into account what was produced this season, for me, it takes it to a new level. I bet the next 8 years is going to be even more rewarding and exciting than the previous 8 years, so stay tuned.

Again a big shout out to everyone and hope your year has been productive. Andrew
