Anerythristic Florida king pics

Bluerosy Jul 22, 2011 05:51 PM

With the post below by a153Fish (Jorge)... the anery (or normal) that was posted by him.. I thought I would bring this to the top with some anery pics and what they look like when different phenotypes are in the mix.

Maybe it is the lighting Jorge used that makes it look more like a darker normal wild type. Or mybe it is an anery.

So here are w few different pics of Anery Florida Kings

Some anerythristic Floridana:

a darker one:

Anery and normal..plus some other morphs:

Anery from 007 line:

Don't anerys usually have the grey around the pupils?

I noticed that normal wildtypes that look anery have a tinge of color in the eye and not that flat grey. I could be wrong though. I never paid much attention to anery eyeballs vs dark nomals..
Here is a dark normal (NOT anery)_

NOT an anery

NOT AN ANERY:

NOT AN ANERY:

CAN YOU PICK THE ANERYS FROM THE NORMALS IN THIS PIC?-not you Zenny. Just for anyone else.:

Thanks! A friend bought that one from me last year. He feeds his stuff pretty well so I should be able to get an adult size picture of that snake pretty soon. Might be interesting to breed that white sort of coloration into some lighter brooksi phase types.

The main female from that project was real skinny at the beginning of the year. She's back in good shape now and better be giving me a clutch of eggs next year.

Hardy har har.

A Golden is a Peanut Butter from the 007 line. The combo of the sulfur from the sulfur lavander used along with the anery (which carries red in the normal phenotype) created some very dar red PB's that retain the red into adulthood.
