how do they kill their prey? and how are they able to over power snake eating cobras and mambas? they must have a hidden secret ?

They don't kill their prey if I recall correctly, the prey item is eaten whole and live... their "secret" for the most part is being immune to the venom of other snakes... they have little too fear unless they come up against a larger snake with a taste for other snakes as well.

Yes I have an awseome pair of cape file snakes. They eat thier prey alive. It is crazy. They are great snakes. They are docile mine are wc. They ate fuzzies from day one. I would buy more in a heart beat. They make great interesting captives.
