i did when i kept track of the ruthveni hatchling growth.
up on top along the x axis i made a row for the dates
on the y axis i made a column like this
name/number
sex
length
weight
food
and i did that for each animal.
so when going across the chart i could type in the date and just go down the column to fill in whatever info i had gathered for that date.
all of those numbers get to be a little numbing so to keep things straight i used different colors in the rows with the name/number so as to not get too confused.
it was all K.I.S.S. but worked out well and i could find info any time i needed it.
hope this helps.

also if i remember correctly a few years ago someone was offering a software program where you put a barcode on each cage, and every time you do do something you scan the bar and type in what you did. sorry that o don't remember a name but it was out there

Man, I am old fashion. Each one of my snakes has its own composition book. If someone gets a snake from me the book goes with. My wife HATES that I don't use the computer, but the books are easy for ME. I also have them set up in book holders and sort them by their feeding date. The back holder makes its way to the front every four to six days and those snakes get fed and back to the rear of the line. I know----rediculous, but it works.

that is where I am. I have basically used 3x5 note cards for each snake with feeding, shed, etc. info.
I was thinking it might be nice to do a computer thing and get fancy with color codes like green = eaten food item, red= refused etc.
I sat down and tried to create a simple one sunday afternoon but after killing an hour I realized that some features might get cumbersome.......
maybe when the dust settles I still be old schooling it with my cards...!

...SerpenTrack has that and a lot more. ...and IF you need something in particular that makes sense for the application in general, then you'll know where to ask.
Also, all your data is downloadable in an excel format as backup.

Got one. Send me an e-mail and I can give you the file I use.
I use Serpentrack.com ...fills all my needs (that's why I built it). ...you even get automated graphs of snake weight/length and meal weight etc. Takes a little work to set up but any program will as you need to enter your animals to get started. There's also different privacy settings if you wish to share some of your information, pictures etc. online.
I'd be more that happy to explain more if you wish but it should be fairly intuitive.
