Perfect! How many in the clutch?
My pile has shed and fed twice now. It's kind of nice having babies that are no drama to feed for a change.
She laid 17 this year and 21 last year. She is a big girl.
I was taking her out to clean her cage about a month ago and she bit and wrapped me. A feeding response bite. OUCH!!! I walked in the bathroom with blood dripping as we went, got out the rubbing alcohol and rubbed some on her nose. Thankfully she let go immediatly. It was the worst bite I've had in a while.

Very nice. She looks a lot like my big gal who laid 20 in her first clutch and had 32 this year, but all sorts of complications ending in a stupidly expensive surgery. Only 2 of the 32 hatched (the rest of my babies are from my other female). Now I have a "spayed" snake. Sigh. But she's doing well. Going through her second shed post-surgery and maybe after that the staples can finally come out. A couple years ago I got a feeding bite from her too. Submerged her head in the rat-thawing bucket water that was right next to me to get her off. Not fun at all.
