Temperatue Dependant Sex Determination

Jeff Judd Sep 30, 2003 07:46 PM

I have had a clutch of eggs kept at 87 F hatch in 43 days all were males. I recently kept a clutch at 80 F they hatched in 54 days all were females. Clutches kept at variable temps and around 84 produced both sexes. Can anyone relate?

Hey Jeff, i know temp sexing has been proven in leopard geckos and I don't see why this wouldn't be true for Hl's as well.
