Not bad for my first granite mex mex....

Now I can't wait until she sheds and her siblings arrive.....

Not typically a huge mex mex fan, but those are just interesting as hell! Is it a recessive or a line bred or a dominant?

None of the above but line bred is how they got them to hatch eventually........They are unpredictable......If you breed an ultra granite to an ultra granite not all of the babies will be ultra granite.......But the "normal" ones have some speckles.....All are granite phase but the best are what some of us call ultra granites....

Wait until we produce one with pink/salmon instead of red......and/or black instead of gray.......

and yea....this may take 3 or 4 generations.....but it keeps me interested.......LOL

I like these "Ultra" granites the best......
It seems there are a few different lines out there that look a little different than the other....Or the different looking ones are just not as refined......or line bred enough yet......Different stages per say......
