They eat Rat in many Eastern countries! It's considered a delicacy! I heard Rat meat acts like a natural blood thinner so if you eat too much, you get a nose bleed, lol!

....I never knew of that additional affect it has on the blood, but I can believe it...

No way....rats can't affect the blood....meat's meat...

....they probably put genseng in the soup....?

like black chicken soup....good for after having baby, good for the women at that "time"...Chinese people make this soup from black chickens...(silkies have black skin)....so...

I got a black chicken and looked up dishes and recipes....the soup has genseng in it...duh...no wonder it makes them better....plus....the genseng makes the soup bitter .....I like it without....and the black chicken...well...it tasted like an $8 little chicken..with black skin....and I like white chicken better...half the price ....

....rats...never could get them in my head to eat....beaver...tasted like beef...roasted it....muskrat....I'd take 100 of them....mmmmmmmmmm....nutria...no sweat...never had them...none here in PA yet..but I would.......and guinea pig...white meat...tasted like..shake n bake....!...go figure....
