I've never worked with Thayeri, I've had friends over the years that had the bug, I'm kinda seeing it now...You make it enticing. Wish you well with them.

Holy moly, I am shocked, you actually picked a individual that you could find in nature, congrats. That sir is a compliment.
Your pick of the year, could very well be a wild phenotype, most impressive. REALLY.
And its a beautiful animal.

in the last couple years there have been some snakes found in some areas down there that look like they were line breed for 10 generations (color)!
obviously all those genes have been in the blood for eons, but they are either not expressed with regularity or don't have great survival rates in some places
I was somewhat surprised to see a few very unusual New Mexico alterna that were nearly identical mimics to some very unusual Old Mexican alterna. I suppose those genes were present before those snakes ancestors made the northward migration into New Mexico.

LOCALITY: Traceable lineage to WC snakes from the same locality.
I don't care how far apart they are (within reason) as long as the localities are stated, buyers can make up their own minds.
NON-LOCAL or GENERIC: Lineage is not traceable to WC
Generics need love too.
it's pretty scary!
