yes it possibly could, lysol i beleive is formuated for surfaces, it goes up but comes down quickly, if you spray around your dragons cage he will be breathing that in and also could contaminate his food, i wouldnt suggest using it in his area and as for me i dont use anything of the sort at all.. to freshen up our place i boil cinnamon sticks on the stove, makes all smell great and its safe, once boiled you can take the pot with hot water and move it around your house and the still very hot water will steam and make any room smell like apple pie
hope this helps some

I wouldn't recommend using Lysol anywhere near your dragon. There are other safer ways to keep the dragon's area clean and disinfected without using aerosol sprays that are notorious for burning holes in the Ozone layer. If you spot clean your dragon's cage after it does it's job and use a mild antibacterial soap on the spot, you can keep smells down and keep his environment clean without risking his health. Spot cleaning is also alot easier with plastic table cloth or non slip shelf liner in the cage instead of washed play sand or other particulate substrates.
I dont' use any air freshioners in my house, especially around my dragons and I never smelled anything foul from my dragon (well except the first 5-10 minutes after he poos and when I clean it up). I clean his cage and change the tablecloth lining once a month, as sometimes he puts holes in it with his nails and if he poos in that spot, the liquid can get underneath. I use papertowel underneath it now to help protect the wood and absorb any such leakage.
