Co-dominate morph questions

I am getting into breeding for my own personal gain/hobby. I am wondering what two snakes make up a banana ball python? When u have a killerbee it's a super pastel and a spider, what two snakes make up a super pastel? And last when it comes to a high contrast albino it's done through selective breeding? Is that picking out your darkest albinos and breeding thheather? Are there any really good books out there that have helped any of you with learning the whole process of genetics from basics to super animals etc?
Thanks for the help

Can't help you on the banana ball python at this time.

Pastel ball pythons have a pastel mutant gene paired with a normal gene. A super pastel ball python has two pastel mutant genes in the gene pair.

You can produce at least some super pastels from the following matings:
super pastel x super pastel
super pastel x pastel
pastel x pastel

To make high contrast albinos, I would breed together the albinos with the least yellow in the white areas and the sharpest break between the yellow and white areas.

Helpful books:
Pritzel -- Genetics for herpers (Around USA $15)
Elrod and Stansfield -- Schaum's introduction to genetics (Around USA $15, used copies around half new price)
Miller -- A survey of genetics (free download http://www.ringneckdove.com)
