deformed baby glades

cochran Aug 06, 2011 05:03 PM

The last of my baby hypo glades was taking a really long time to hatch (80 )so I decided to cut the egg open. After a day the little one still made no attempts to leave the egg so I cut it out and found a deformed baby, fully formed but with it's brain on the outside of it's head!It also had a serious underbite! This was a sad thing to see!I will not post pics here but,if you are interested shoot me a message!! I know how you feel there Jeff. It's always hard to see stuff like that. Many of us have had our share of deformities, and it is always disheartening to see. I have had some real grotesque ones over the years myself, including perfectly formed ones that were dead in the egg. Sadly I just had two Outer Banks kings that were perfectly formed, full-term neonates dead in their eggs. I was really bummed over that...
