Where is USARK? I assumed that they were not allowed to attend since they are a national organization, but HSUS was there via phone.

So the lowest common denominator to not be on the Dangerous Animal list is whether an infant or child is capable of handling it?
Is that standard applied to ANYTHING else, anywhere?
An infant or child is not capable of handling a domestic cat on a bad day. They should also be on the list.
Tell me again how H$US is a valid stakeholder in these meetings if they have to be involved via phone?
