hi all

i know i said that i wouldn't get a leo until next year after the new house extension... but this kid was giving his for free because he didn't wanna take care of it anymOre... so i decided 2 take the leo in & gave the previous owner some money so he wouldn't feel like it was a total waste. the leo came with a 10gal tank w/ screen cover, a UTH, water bowl, crickets, 1 hide, and sand substrate (which i removed & replaced w/ brown paper towels) - then i bought a basking light, night infrared light, 1 other hide with moss, mealworms 2 replace crickets, food dish, and a small "log" which he loves to crawl up & lie down on. i believe he's an ALBINO, and i also named him... MELVIN!! hehe~

this is the only pic i have of MELVIN (my leo) b/c i got him the other night and he was normal-looking... now he's starting to shed & i decided to take pictures after he's done..hehe also, the ones i took of him hanging out with me the night i got him are in my roll of film that i still have 2 develop - so i'll keep posting more of my baby melvin later!

Sounds like you were really ready to snatch up this guy! He's beautiful. Melvin's such a cute name! It looks like he's got some good weight on him. And geez... I can't believe cell phones can take pictures like that.

lol yah, i was talking to LeoGeoKing about breeding already... lol i probably wouldn't be surprised either if i had 20 in the next few weeks...LOL hehe
