Florida (pinellas county locale) eastern king

BlueKing Oct 01, 2003 01:17 AM

Just sharing info. . . I picked this brightly colored specimen up from Len Krysko when I visited him less than two weeks ago. He is a 16.5 inch male from large parents. He is mostly a bright yellow with black background - no red. (About the closest you can get to pure eastern that far south in Florida)
I'm sure he'll be pounding small rats in a few years like his parents! ! !
Enjoy,

Zee

Ok, you knew I was going to post the female next, so here she is :
She has a lot of red on her sides and looks a little different (less bright)than the male. She's smaller, only 14.5", but I'll get her going real soon! Hope to breed them and keep this strain going! Len Krysko has some BEAUTIFUL ANIMALS in his collection. I really enjoyed the visit (and my two new additions)!

Enjoy,
Zee
